Recommended use

• Medicinal herbal tea
• Traditionally used as an alterative to help relieve skin conditions such as eczema.

Directions

Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag in 150-250 mL of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 3 times daily.

Duration of use

For occasional use only.

Cautions

Do not use if you:

• have liver, kidney, or gall bladder disorders. and/or bowel obstruction.
• have diarrhea, dysentery or colitis.
• are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Asteraceae/ Carrot/Compositae/Daisy family.

Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you:

• have diabetes.
• have anaemia.
• have gallstones.
• are taking anticoagulant drugs.

Consult a health care practitioner:

• if symptoms persist or worsen.
• for use beyond 2 weeks.

Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
