Valerian Juice is made from organic, fresh valerian herb and root tips, and does not contain any additives, flavours, or preservatives. Valerian Juice promotes relaxation of the body and mind, allowing us to achieve restorative sleep.

Suggested Use
Recommended use
Adults:1/4 measuring capful (5 ml) 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Take a single dose (5 ml) 30 – 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose a couple of hours prior to bedtime if necessary.
Do not take more than 10ml per day.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
