Suggested Use
Recommended use
Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag in 150-250 ml of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily.

Do not use if:

- you are allergic to plant of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Apiaceae/carrot family.
- Are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.

- Have gastrointestinal ulcers.
