Suggested Use

Recommended use

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to relieve the symptoms associated with bronchitis such as catarrhs, coughs, and irritations of the mucous membrane.

Directions

Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag in 150-250 mL of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily as needed.

Caution

Do not use if you:

1. are pregnant or breastfeeding.
2. are allergic to plant of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Apiaceae/carrot family.
3. Are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
4. Have hypokalemia, high blood pressure or a kidney/cardiovascular/liver disorder.
5. Have gastrointestinal ulcers.

Discontiue use if symptoms persist or worsen.

Known Adverse Reactions

For use beyond 2 weeks hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case , discontinue use.
