Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1 or 2 tomes daily.
Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have high blood pressure or if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
